In Europe, countries are next to each other. It is easy to go from Switzerland to Germany, and the people of both countries speak the same language, German. Right now, the Swiss franc (the money of Switzerland) is very strong, so the Swiss want to buy things in Germany. For a while, they could order cheap pizza from Germany. The German pizza delivery people could enter Switzerland easily and bring the pizza to their houses. The government of Switzerland has changed the rules, and it's no longer possible to deliver pizza from Germany. The Swiss have to buy expensive Swiss pizza now.
