There are different kinds of citrus fruit in the world. In the U.S., we eat oranges, tangerines ("mikan"), grapefruit, lemons and limes (similar to lemons, but green). There are even more kinds of citrus fruit in Japan, especially all the different kinds of tangerines in each part of the country. One of my favorite citrus fruits is the "yuzu." On Sunday, I visited someone who has a fruit called "shikuwasa" in her garden. She gave me a taste of the juice. Tt was really good, but the fruit was so small that she needed several fruits just to make a little juice.
