Some amusement parks have reopened since the beginning of June. Many had been closed for 3 months, and they wanted to welcome customers back. The Japanese government wants everyone to avoid the 3 Cs ("sanmitsu"): closed spaces, crowded places and close-contact settings where people can spread the virus. How can visitors at amusement parks stay safe? One park started a campaign to get people to stop screaming on the roller coasters. They asked riders to keep their mouths closed and scream inside their hearts. You can see videos of successful serious riders on the Fuji-Q Highland website.
